    Yes, this course will be held in person at the MTU Cork Campus.

    The programme is 5 days per week, full-time only. No online option is available.

    August to October - 9:30 to 4:30 Monday to Friday. November to June - 9:30 to 4:30 Monday to Wednesday. You may occasionally need to attend onsite on Thursday or Friday.

    Yes, but you will need to be eligible to obtain a suitable visa to study and then work in Ireland.

    No, the tax-free scholarship is only available to students who are not in any other employments as this would affect their tax status and ability to perform on the programme.

    Yes, there will be a lot of travel required, particularly during the first 2 months of the programme. A number of trips will require an overnight stay in different parts of Ireland. You may also do 1 or 2 foreign trips to attend relevant conferences or events in Semester 2.

    No, the tax-free scholarship is only available to students who are studying on the Cyber Innovate programme only.

    No, the scholarship only covers the Postgraduate Diploma in Cybersecurity Innovation (2 semesters). If you are approved to continue with the MSc in Cybersecurity Innovation, you will need to self-fund the additional third semester.

    We hold a one day onsite recruitment day in MTU Cork during May (exact date to be confirmed). The day will consist of multiple assessments. You must attend that day, at your own expense, in order to be considered for the programme.

    You need to be a fluent English speaker as a lot of the programme requires verbal interactions with potential customers and industry experts.

    RPL is the formal recognition of knowledge and skills you have gained prior to starting a program or module. It focuses on your learning rather than just your experience.
